Drawing from over 15 years of running an Accounting & Consulting firm serving emerging companies, she understands entrepreneurial challenges, and possess the unique ability to hire, organize, and lead high-performing teams, drive profitability, capitalize on market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and build scalable organizations driven by a mission and core values. 

She is the founder of the Women In Crypto Accounting Meetup group (500+ members), is a Techstars Mentor and also an active member of CHIEF which is a private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
